Mid level, graphically rich DVD authoring is now available with Adobe Encore DVD. This application integrates nicely with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere and offers a fairly sophisticated DVD product that will suit the needs of most clients. You can choose to pay hourly for the consulting and design phase, and then use a bid proposal for the resulting work to produce your DVD. In any case, very specific design decisions need to be made prior to the bidding process. For clients requiring advanced DVD features such as multiple angles, multiple paths through the same material, links to websites, etc. , DVD Authoring can be done using Apple’s DVD Studio Pro. If you are working on a limited budget, you can choose to do most of the work yourself using my equipment at my location. I can train and help you through problems at my normal rates, and then you can proceed at the low equipment rental rate. The availability of this option will depend on my current workload, so other projects may take priority at times.
